Every year, we assess the previous year, take on criticism and try to build on what we did the last year - and how it could improve.
Please help us to maintain a safe responsible environment for all participants. You will be held responsible for your own actions.
If you see something happening that shouldn't be, please report it to a crew member, or a member of the security team who will handle it. Your vigilance, combined with the vigilance of the crew, and the presence security team will mean any issues are dealt with swiftly.
PLEASE LOCK YOUR VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR!
We'd love to think that every person coming to the show is a dubber, and that every dubber coming to the show is completely honest. Unfortunately, neither of those statements can be true. If you have things of value, and you are going to leave them unattended, it is your own responsiblity to ensure the valuable items are secured.
If you spot any suspicious behaviour in this regard, please report it immediately to a member of the security (there will be patrols dotted around the site) who will handle it.
We do have a new, larger security team this year. However, these guys still work under our remit of a zero-tolerance policy.
If you are asked to do something by a member of crew, or by a member of the security team, please cooperate with the request. If you are ignoring the site rules (you'll be given a programme on entry), or if you are acting in a way that endangers showgoers - don't be surprised when you are escorted off the premises.
We want people to have fun, but we want people to be safe. Our stance on these matters works. We've escorted people from the show, the local police have made arrests, and we've got all the necessary paperwork for the local authorities. We do this properly - we don't just sit back and let the show run away from us.
Thanks for your attention, we have much, much more information to come very soon!
Well, its simple. It's a blog, somewhere for Edition 38 as a group, or crew members to pipe up and speak on... dubs, shows, etc
