£120 for the cam and £100 for the throttle body. Then all you would need is g60 injectors, a high spec charger and chip and it would see 170ish

This is the perfect engine for this car! I have a loverly enlarged t/b and schrick cam for sale which would be perfect for this!

Thank you guys! It went down a storm at edition38 even if we had to push it about all weekend! A week after edition it went to Si grays studio for a PVW cover shoot! He did an awesome job! Now it’s time to make some changes!

Cheers man! The colour looks so different in different lights I love it.☺️ All the wiring was finished in the engine bay it runs down the back of the engine, under the gearbox and mount to the front panel then over the inner wing to the fuse box in the glove box. . Everything inside the car is run through the sills. Wiring, airlines, brake lines and fuel lines.

Well I have totally neglected this thread and photobucket has killed off the start of it! i got the car enough together to show at fitteduk, it went down really well, lots of head scratching. And came away with wheel whores best wheels and top 25 German awards.not to shabby for its first outing. Just wiring, brake lines and fuel system to finish up behind the scenes. Hopefully running for edition but we will see. Anyway some pics to bring it up to date
  8. The air was a nice surprise! You give this mk3 so much time and love! It's shows!

I built the mad'ins back up and took them to see my friend Bryan. He left the tyres in sun in his car all day and they didn't put much of fight! The difference that half an inch makes to the stretch. IMG_9028 by Winstang, on Flickr I fitted the air struts. Hoping to get it much lower to be honest. But it has helped motivation. Sorry I've already sold the sump Steve. Do a few shows in show mode and then it's going race car. Fast engine and back on coilovers and sensible tyres. I will take the paint as a bad life choice for changing my mind to much. Haha I'm yet to get some stainless steel screws! As Matty says it's being mocked up.

Cheers guys I just fancy abit of power. 80bhp vs 160bhp. tempted to make it more performance focused. I don't really need a full on show car. I'm going to paint the filler neck black. Arun has just required a new to do list! Haha No carpets required! Haha Phatazz on here is making them drop him a PM.

Few more updates. The interior is coming together slowly. My mate josh has wired up the v2 and is going to tackle the rest of the loom and tuck the legend! IMG_8345 by Winstang, on Flickr IMG_8340 by Winstang, on Flickr De-locked handles fitted IMG_8083 by Winstang, on Flickr Bit of a change of plan with the engine. I will be trail fitting the throttle bodied engine but then it will be split for parts. IMG_8820 by Winstang, on Flickr Mad'ins split with 0.5" wider dishes for the rear and all the dishes polished. Ready for rebuilding. IMG_8843 by Winstang, on Flickr

Arun brought round the prototype s/s filler neck for my car at weekend it still needs tabs and the ring welding on but the fit is looking good! He is taking orders! IMG_8884 by Winstang, on Flickr IMG_8885 by Winstang, on Flickr IMG_8866 by Winstang, on Flickr

Thanks everyone! I'm over the moon with the colour and finish. I just wish I had better prepped for it's return. Edition 38 is the goal!
