Just a quick update to say that my project has not come to a halt just my funds have somewhat diminished, I have been saving and the what was once known as "Teabag" has been booked in for its full session of painting in 6 weeks time then the build of my dream can finally begin

Absolutely amazing work!
I wish people would photograph how to separate the roof skin from the internal frame when doing a roof skin change, but then I guess it'd be too easy for others to do
Lots of people have their own view on it mate. Mine was to basically grind the top of the gutter off releasing the skin because the hurter is just folded over holding out in place, others have them cut at all the pillars and weld it on that way so not even touching the gutters, hope this helps...

Awesome work being put into this! How much will The E Coating be?
First acid dip cost me £1000 and now for the whole process including e-coat is costing 2700 which is alot of money but know it will be perfect and totally rust free when it comes back ready for paint
