Just awesome Matt, it's gonna be one of the best when it's complete I have no doubt. You'll make it so nice though that you won't want to drive it.

Do the Atspeed bodies need an aftermarket ECU to map up on the ABF? I've been looking at the Dbilas kit for my ABF (over Harv's place at the moment!) and to keep costs down they apparently work with all the stock Digi 3.2 sensors and that.

Keep the pics coming man, it's gonna be amazing.

Cheers Jimmy! It's getting there slowly now, to answer you question the bodies can run off a standard ECU however to achieve the full potential of all the "bolt ons" i'm going to run the engine on an Omex 600 series. This engine isn't far away from being fully built and ready for the car now i'll keep you posted  :)

I personally cannot fault the service i have received from VW Heritage with my Mk1 parts.

Whenever I have had a problem with any parts that has been damaged in transit or supplier issues, they have been replaced as quickly as the delivery lead times will allow!

Hope you get it resolved as i'm sure they are trying there best with what potentially has been a bad few weeks for them due to the fire!
