Because I'm very busy with other work it doesn't go quick but I have an new update again and I have dicided for using the Kaps 6-Speed Sequental Gearbox what I allready have. I was not sure because I will use this car for road, but I will try I only have to change the bell housing so it will fit on the R36 but is not a big problem.

The plan was for starting with the exhaust but because I already have all Syncro/4Motion parts in stock I have decided for changing this car to 4Motion also. It's more work and will cost more also, but I'm afraid I will get regret later

Yes, I have try but there is not enough room because the cilinders what is on the outside from the calipers and will hit the BBS enter. Those brakes are enough for this car because it's not an heavy car.

I already have some new 312 brakes from the Audi TT 8N. 4-pod won't fit because the VR6 axle in combination with the E50 wheels, so this was the best I can use and will fit normally

Second and last fitment for I let paint the front, inner rear fenders and the bottom. For now I want making fit the downpipe/frontpipe and some things like the radiator Color is still ugly, but it's an very good basic and wont't rust until the car will go to the paintshop

Thanks for your compliments Finally a step further. After a lot sanding and I have change some holes for the wiring etc it's finally in the Etchprimer so i can co on with the rear inner fenders and the below from the car before I bring to the paint shop.

Because I don't go for an complete cleaned engine room, I have make the choice for using the stock Coolant tank so I can use the stock R36 hoses. I could use the stock coolant tank bracket from the mk3 or mk2 G60, but I have make them by myself I have cut the big beam where is on the front mount normally for making more room for the belt and it will safe a lot weight. The wheel-centers are E50 with 5x100 and I order them new from BBS because I don't like the adapters. For now I think that I will use the 0,5 outer rings in 17 but I don't have them yet.

Time for more pictures from this R36 project A lot people would see this car complete clean, but I will make a car for driven and not for show only. I try to find an midway between functional and what I like to see and is not easy.

Now it's time for the engine First I has an new R32 BUB engine but Someone want buy this and I have sold and buy an new R36 BWS back with a lot luck: I have also make ready the pedal box with hydraulic clutch. I have make this a little stronger because they will crack sometimes when there is in an stronger clutch etc I have also replace the mounting point from the Master Cylinder so the clutch will less heavy and drive better in my experience. I have bought both bepals new so they have new bushes inside and I also try to buy and build this car with much as possible new parts. The G60 Pedalbox what I have change a little so the clutch pedal will less heavy and I'l make this a little stronger and with some new pedals etc:
